How to compile LUADCH in windows?

How do ppl manage to compile LUADCH from github source?

I tried on Windows 64- it failed miserably.
I did some testing today and finally got the pathwork fixed, MinGW started to work but failed anyways.
Moved Openssl 1.1.1g to C:
Moved MinGW to c: updated paths in buildwithmingw. Deleted 2 lines for linux code paths. It tries to compile wil post error later.

Tried on linux Ubuntu 19.04 (older ssl) - failed with ssl error - i know i had wrong ssl ver.
Instaling Ubuntu 20.04 now - it comes with native ssl 1.1.1f +dev libs so it should be less work intensive. Will update my findings.
