Encrypted hubs. [ DONE ].

Request: add 'Encrypted hubs' button to Show hubs menu.

This can be done also will try to do an icon in xml file- like a lock before hubname. It should work in most modern clients. We will do it and test it later.

2. TLS encripted hubs that have certs posted for download?

I think, just encrypted hubs (nmdcs:// and adcs://) regardless of uploaded certs should be enough.

Btw maybe separate xml.bz2 list for encrypted hubs could be done too

The problem i see right away is that most hubs serve both secure and insecure cons.
How is that a secured hub then if half of its users uses straight connections. Goes to both verlihubs in nmdc and adc hubs with adcs enabled.
I cant think of a way to check that on the ping side. I have no clue on what hub serves both insecure and secure cons and even if i can suspect - would have to write a code not only to scan ports and see if they connect but also in some cases to guess the address.
That's impossible to do just a port scan will take way to long for pinger.

With that in mind even if i create xml for "enctypted" hubs they wont be really encrypted. I need to think of something more reliable here.

Well, who 'they'? Let me explain.

If the secure address is enabled and public (via hublist), any connecting user will use it and will be protected. That's the case!

Secure user-user connections will be made according to user clients settings regardless of the address used!

So our goal is to make encrypted hubs known and more popular. Just like that!
