1. Pinger settings - connections fixed.

Every hub owner now can edit pinger settings after logging in to https://dchublist.org and set couple of things related to pinger there.
Fix was commited to pinger connection drop down menu and it was pushed into live site.

What was changed? From old style connections like LAN, cable etc (outdated) to numeric speeds like 1,5,100, 1000 in mega b.per second / Done 6-17-2019 - Hades /.

Rolex reported old connection settings with modern client tag might cause an issue on 'pinger connect' to recent builds of Verlihub, as last year verlihubs dev implenented check for this kind of connections and assuming them as invalid clients/pings.
