Plans for ADC Regserver?

Hey, quick question. Are there any plans to update the regserver to support the ADC(S) protocol?

As far as i know ADC protocol never had registration server. There is no adc hub soft that is capable of sending any info to regserver . There is no way for regserver to figure out what host to ping as well (magically) unless someine manually enters host/ip to the system.
This should be discussed with adc hub soft developers so we can all come toegether and figure this out. Something as simple as sending a host name or ip to regserver should be enough to develop a pinger to get the rest.

Sadly it looks like most of DC devel is dead by now. Only actively developed soft is verlihub by Rolex.

I mean its not really a bug its confusing but last reply in this thread fixes issue.
Can you make sure this code is changed in next lua-ng releases???

Yes, Luadch-ng is my attempt to develop a modern ADC(S) hub. The 3.1.x series is now stable and will only receive security fixes. New features are planned for 3.2.x.

Unfortunately, the DC protocol and network have seen little progress in development over the past few years. It’s actually a shame, because there’s definitely potential to modernize it.

Yes, the bug has been fixed Issue #161 and will be included in the luadch-ng v3.1.9 (also 3.2.x) release.

Yeah LUADCH NR pings fine with our legacy (untouched old adc pinger) from version 3.1.9 +
Older versions disconnect pinger due to ip requirement (optional) introduced in version 2.24 of LUADCH as aparently ADC protocol evolved and i had no time to catch up..
....

Aybo if you change AP in ISAP to LUADCH-NG (in hub.lua) this hublist will recognize it as your soft LUADCH NR linking to your dev site on dchublist.org on stats page and showhub page instead of calling it old LUADCH unless you wish it stays that way.

Sure, let's stick with “LUADCH-NG” in v3.2.0 (unreleased) - it's been changed there anyway. Thanks for your tests . If you have any suggestions for improvements, feel free to open an issue.
