Yeah.
This would be nice however im not even sure how to start.
I would have to have a pinger that acts as a client. Download a filelist only from modern up to date clients and check if tls is possible. However in real life i cant rely on this as many users have clients setup wrong. I will get a lot of drama.

Just use a pair of 'pingers' acting as clients and check if secure connection request is actually send from one to another and not being cut by the hub.
