Different timezones

I miss 'set timezone different from the hublist server's local' option.

That could make hub stats much more representative.

Honestly, i don't even know how to start with this task.
Would have to be geolocation based time zoning.
Looks like complete script rewrite to me. I would have to pass on this one unless someone points me into an easy fix.

All hub stats is based on hublist server local time, right?

So easy fix is to give user an option to switch this setting in a way like this forum does.
