Optional city-level geolocation.
Optional because it may be good for small hubs and bad for big hubs hosted on VDS.

We have currently option to edit hubs country.
What benefit would that be to see a city inthere.

After a brief discussion this won't be implemented.
It's way too much info - we are not law enforcement or intelligence agency and we do not want to act like that not collect all possible data. Country level geoip data is enough in my opinion therefore no city level database will be added.
