ATM all UFOHUBS disconnect pingers before sending userlist and share infos (regardless of hub's settings).
So pings can only get hubsoft, version and hub name.
No developer website is available to report issues, so I left comment in support hub but got no reply yet.
I will personally update this post with future updates.

*** Update: Registering legacy pinger with username/password at dchublist.org and your ufohub will get usercount to work. Share size still missing in ping (so share and share graphs won't be working at dchublist.org with all UfoHubs to date).
