Here is another hubsoft looks like for ADC only.
Has misplaced tags as follows:
IINF CT32 NIStarLet\sADCHub

Should be:
IINF APhubsoftname\s VEhubsoft version\s +whatever else is provided.

AP tag missing therefore wont even bother trying to get this soft to work properly as its used by one server at the moment.
No devel website etc..

User stats do work however shows as soft undetected.
