Registration at dchublist.org broken.[FIXED]

As reported at first missing lang (fixed) then stmp conect error (fixed)
now verification of the email - send the error message.

Lets look where user data is being stored - should we?

Once i click on activation link in email sent i get this error:

Error. Your account can not be activated right now.
