Regardless of adc hub's status all ADC hubs at dchublist.org show online, thus have 100% online status.
Needless to say: its a s**t bug.
Some hubs appear online even after months of being offline.
ADC hubs always online.[FIXED].

Confirmed and fixed as of 11-17-2018.
We will run some tests and if all works we will push new version of script online. This was last bug i was aware of that was not fixed up to date.

Just wandering how is akruk able to "sniff out" all code bugs.
