Issue:
When connecting to LUADCH via secure tls 1.2 with keyprint no ops, owners and bots are loaded.
Just reg users show up.
Even as OP im unable to use Opchat - it doesnt show! Doesnt popup messages ets.

I already did!

Its because i used weird chars in all ops names.
If i use them here - mysql goes crazy too - post wont go through.
It doesn't like it for some reason. Dc++ AirDC are all ok with that though.
I think thats what it is - gonna test this if i get a chance later to verify.
Eiskalt does the same - this clients struggle with some chars. UTF??
